Fact: I love cereal. So much so that the prospect of eating a delicious bowl of cereal with cold, skim milk is motivation enough to get out of bed when my alarm buzzes each morning (I'm actually not kidding.) At 6:30 a.m., in my slightly sleepy frame of mind, there's nothing better than a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios topped with fresh strawberries or frozen blueberries (my current favorite!) and a glass of orange juice.
